What does it cost?

We walk you through the full investment on your fit call, once we both know it is a fit. It is a fraction of the standalone value of what you walk out with, and there is a version that includes ongoing coaching through your live search. The fit call is where we match you to the right option.

How senior is the room?

It runs from experienced Senior PMs through Directors and VPs of Product, everyone targeting roles from $200K into the $750K and up range. Nothing here is one size fits all. It is tailored to your level, and the more senior you are, the more the positioning and narrative work is what actually moves the needle.

I am not in Denver. Does that matter?

The weekend is hosted in Denver, but the search we build is for wherever you are targeting. Attendees travel in. Your targeting, positioning, and outreach are built around your market, not ours.

Can this really be finished in one weekend?

Yes, because you are never starting from scratch. The research and rough first drafts are handled up front, and two coaches plus your cohort spend the weekend on judgment, tailoring, and reps. Everything is refined by hand and sounds like you. You leave with finished work, not homework and not raw output.

What if I am employed and just exploring?

Many of the strongest people in the room are. Open but employed is exactly when it pays to have your materials sharp and your system ready, so you can move fast when the right role appears instead of scrambling.

What is a day actually like?

It is a workshop, so come ready to work. Short bits of guidance, then coaching, small group work, and hands on working sessions where you build the real thing while we sit with you. You will not be talked at all day, that never gets the work done. Every block ends with something finished, not notes to act on later.

How much attention do I actually get?

What do I need to do before I show up?

What happens after Sunday?

You leave with finished materials and a 90 day plan you can run on Monday. If you want a hand while the search is live, there is an option for ongoing group coaching, and BJ and Will are available for extra one on one help when you need it, including offer negotiation.
